A Vision for One Becomes a Vision for All
It was my 59th birthday. I was meditating in the woods under a majestic live oak tree. The trunk of this grand Nature Being has a distinct face. I call her Grandmother Oak. People sometimes leave offerings there. On that fateful day in April, 1998, the space beneath and all around this lofty guardian was permeated with protective love and a sense of well-being. After some time of immersion in this state of grace, I arose and started to walk through the forest. My heart was full of peace and gratitude.
And there it was, my mission -- in my mind's eye -- I saw myself on television, dressed in rainbow clothes, teaching Ageless Wisdom. The love and joy I felt was spreading out to all who were participating in the TV show in any way. As I walked, the beautiful vision went on for about 10 minutes. There were many delightful details. First I saw the Rainbow Bus loaded with kids of all ages, traveling around to interview amazing people in interesting places, learning how humanity is transforming our beloved Mother Earth into a peaceful, positive, productive, purposeful planet. All our activities are expressions of Granny Rainbow's School of Ageless Widom.
Over the next few days, songs came, and the idea of Rainbow Village where some TV show participants live and work. I wrote a made-for-TV script, What Is God? Ageless Wisdom Answers a Question very Child Asks. At that time, I had been on the Path of Return for 30 years. Since then, I have waited for people to come and help create my vision. One fine day it dawned on me that the TV screen in my vision might also be a computer screen. Voila! Granny's School now exists on YouTube! There will be ongoing classes for children of all ages -- the young and young-at-heart.
